Sometimes when we are tired, overwhelmed, in pain, rushed, or all of the above, skincare routines and self care can feel more like a chore than an act of self love. I have been, and still find myself in that position in this balancing act of life. That was always an underlaying inspiration when it came to creating my formulas, trying to create products that come with an experience to look forward to. Here are some affirmations I love to repeat during my skincare routine.
